I decided to just click on this video that had been floating around my recommendations lately and see what it's all about. Just about everything she did to the Spotify apps made so much sense, it's no wonder large teams of designers get overruled by the C-Suite when the current app looks like so much clutter and waste.

 

Spotify have indeed changed so much over the years. They are trying to improve users experience but there are still a lot of things that still needs to be touched. Btw, which other music streaming app that would be regraded to be above Spotify? 

From my experience, I also subscribe to Apple Music. I believe the quality of the tracks on Apple Music is better than Spotify. There's also the classical lineup which is better.
