A lot of people want to become a video creator but of gear, skill or experience is stopping them from becoming a video creator. Well, you can start with what you have. For example,

·         Use your mobile phone to shoot videos. Modern smartphones have excellent video quality.

·         Edit videos with free tools like Kinemaster or Capcut.

·         Focus on strong storytelling and a good subject.

·         Start with medium-length videos (3–7 minutes), which are easier to produce and retain attention better than long ones.

As you grow, you can invest in better gear and editing software. Remember, you learn by doing, trial and error is part of the process.

I believe you should pick a niche you're familiar with when you want to start creating content. Though this can be tough since for example gaming is the niche I'm the most familiar with so my channel is based around gaming, but I don't get too many views because the gaming market is a bit oversaturated. I will say that lower end phones do not have the best cameras, many people use lower end Androids so you're still better off getting a go pro depending on the content you're filming. You should also look into getting ring lights if you plan on live streaming. Always get a good mic too, look at reviews and pick the best one.

To start a career in video content, make your own videos, learn how to edit, and know who your audience is. Keep a collection of your work, post regularly, connect with other creators, and always try to get better. Most importantly, enjoy what you do.
