What platform features actually matter to you as a creator versus what platforms think you want? Let's discuss the real creator experience across platforms.

I am for Twitch, because it allows creation of a community through live chat. I have used YouTube, but stay with Twitch because the real time interaction. It keeps on pulling me back.

YouTube is my default streaming service, because it has a huge viewership and better creator options. However, the live streaming features and community interaction of Twitch is also enjoyable too.

Well, I have never streamed but I have participated on a few live streams. The platform depends on your content. Twitch and Youtibe might be good for game content, Kick is basically for gambling related content.

I haven't tried livestreaming on Twitch yet, but I have a feeling a good number of people who would be interested in what I do on Youtube might be on Twitch. My channel is mainly a gaming channel, I did livestream once on Youtube but I forgot to let people know I was going live so no one really watched. I wouldn't use Kick since I'm sure the same people who use Rumble uses that platform.

I find my most engaged audience on YouTube, especially through Shorts. I’ve tried multi-streaming, but platform features like analytics and community tools matter most to me. It’s important that platforms support creators with real features, not just what they assume we need.

YouTube does offer a lot of features and potential viewership than both Twitch and Kick. The issue with either Twitch or Kick is that, you have to be live in order for people to stumble upon your content. With YouTube, your video after the live stream is still watchable (if you've set it to remain public after the fact) for someone to find it in a search or might be recommended to them on their feed.
