Whether it was leaving one social platform for another or switching streaming services, most creators have migration stories. What prompted your move? Was it policy changes, audience shifts, better monetization, or just platform decline? Share the challenges of rebuilding elsewhere and whether the grass was actually greener.

I moved to Bluesky because Twitter has gone toxic. It was a great change and I found a comparatively positive community on Bluesky. It may take time to rebuild, but the features of the new platform has proved to be worth it.

Well, I have joined a few newer platforms but that was not exactly a migration, I continued using older platforms all the while I started using newer platform. Building followers is very difficult and I do not want to completely migrate to another platform when I have already worked hard to build followers on my existing platform.

I did this as well, Bluesky is much better because I don't have to deal with toxicity. Plus you can actually block accounts you don't want to see on your feed, which is something you can't do on Twitter. Lots of people jumped ship from Twitter after Elon Musk was hired by the United States Government too, that's when people really started moving over to Bluesky. I think we'll continue to see the downfall of Twitter as long as Elon owns it IMO.

I moved platforms mainly for better earnings and fewer restrictions. Rebuilding took time and effort, but I found new opportunities. Sometimes the new platform felt better, but it also brought challenges like growing my audience again. Overall, it was worth the change.
